God Is There When You're Afraid

What things make you afraid? Come on, admit it. Everybody has fears. When you’re little, it’s the monsters lurking under your bed. When you’re a teen, it’s being rejected and having no friends. Young mothers worry about their babies. When you’re beginning a home it’s being swamped in debt. Later your issues might be infertility, rebellious children, business failure, or an unfaithful spouse.
Whatever your fears may be, God is there for you when you need him. The Bible says in Psalm 91, “Because he loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him; he will call upon me and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble.” Are you ready to let go and let God?
