Did you know that your generosity helps answer Jesus’ prayer about finding the truth? Just before he went to the cross, Jesus prayed to his Father, “Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth” (John 17:17).
Since your gifts help the Time of Grace team get more truth to more precious souls, you are one of the beautiful ways that God makes people holy through the good news of his Son (aka “sanctifies them”). This is why the entire team at Time of Grace is so grateful for you. And why I thank God for what he’s doing through your partnership.
So let’s pray together:
Dear God, we live in a world that is struggling to find truth. Yet you have given us your Word as a light for our feet so we would know what to believe and how to behave. Thank you for not leaving us in the dark.
Jesus, we worship you for always telling us the truth, whether it confronts our attitudes or comforts our hearts. When you speak, we never have to wonder what to believe because you are full of both grace and truth.
Holy Spirit, we praise you for stirring the hearts of so many people who care about the Scriptures you inspired. Give them joy as they consider how the seeds of your Word are spreading throughout our world, bringing the truth of the gospel. We pray this all in your holy name. Amen.
